If you have any concerns or complaints about the tax agent services, we provide:- Please first email your accountant with full details or if you are directly dealing with the Tax Agent, then email it to him.
- If your concern is not resolved within 3 business days, you may escalate the matter to our Principal, Mohammed Ali via email (mohammed@mhaaccounting.com.au)
- You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your complaint and our understanding of the issue.
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will outline our dispute resolution process in our reply.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint directly with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) via the link below:
