Please nominate our company as your tax agent in Business Portal (ATO) (link below)

The following are the steps to nominate tax agent via ATO Business Portal

From the Online services for business home page:

• Select Profile, then Agent details
• At the Agent nominations feature, select Add
• On the Nominate agent screen, go to Search for agent
• Type your agent’s (or payroll service provider's) registered agent number and select Search
• Select the agent you want to nominate
• Check that the agent's details are correct
• Complete the Declaration
• Select Submit.

As per the new rule initiated by the ATO, the tax agent needs to verify the client ID to ensure that the client identity data is safe and protected.

You don’t have to provide the copy of the ID proof, please let me know when you are available to have a quick video call to check the documents online (either face time or whatsapp video call), to confirm the client identity.
